چکیده
The objective of our study was the analysis using immunosuppressive therapy in patients with COVID-19 at Clinic Bashkir State Medical University. Material and methods — We conducted clinical laboratory parameters inflammatory response 322 who received tocilizumab, baricitinib, high doses dexamethasone, or standard therapy. Results There an increase levels leukocytes (p=0.04) neutrophils (p=0.002) receiving compared therapy, on days 5 10 a hospital stay. level C-reactive protein initially elevated all patients, but by day hospitalization it significantly higher treated tocilizumab baricitinib (p=0.0019 p=0.013, respectively), high-dose glucocorticoid treatment, against which normalization parameter values noted. neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio increased group (p=0.017 p=0.004). When assessing dynamics pneumonia, based computed tomography data, median changes exhibited volume lung damage groups, baseline level. Conclusion Tocilizumab form monotherapy effectively reduced inflammation, while efficacy for stopping cytokine storm insufficient. Based CT both target drugs did not stop progression lesions 5.
